Our focus was to create inspiring, educational and entertaining content alongside engaging comments and call to actions. We knew that we needed to leverage the reels feature on Instagram as this algorithm would help us get in front of our target audience. We did some research on what type of content our customers were watching and ensured that our client did these consistently. As our client wanted to be the face of the brand, we were required to keep our client organised. We created a social media calendar where we incorporated her content strategy giving our client clarity and it allowed her to not get overwhelmed by the number of videos she needed to film.
