How it works...

You will receive an email to book a discovery call.
During the call, we will ask you a few questions to understand you and your business and which Instagram package is right for you.
After the call, within 24 hours you will receive a full proposal and the onboarding process will begin.
Is there a minimum time you recommend to use your service?
Yes, a minimum of 3 months is recommended as we will be doing some A/B testing with posts and to find the most engaging audience for your brand.
Do you create content as well?
Content creation is not included in any package. Content creation, such as photography, videography or graphics can be added onto your package with an additional fee so please let us know if you can't provide your own content.
What if I want more engagement?
We can add on extra engagement if required. Instagram recommends 170 actions per day which equates to 42-50 accounts. Our max engagement reach is 90 accounts per day, more than this can lead to an Instagram ban.
How do you choose what to post?
During the onboarding process, you will be asked to complete a brand questionnaire to ensure that we are on the same page as you. We will be doing a deep dive into your competitors and we will be testing this during the first 3 months.
Do I need to sign a contract?
Yes, our contracts are a minimum of 3 months with a 30-day termination notice.
